Reporting directly to the CEO and CFO, the Director of Asset Management will play a pivotal role in driving portfolio performance and strategic growth. Key Responsibilities
- Portfolio Oversight: Lead the strategic and operational management of the multifamily portfolio to achieve and exceed financial performance goals.
- Financial Analysis & Reporting: Oversee property-level financials, ensuring sound expense management and identifying revenue enhancement opportunities.
- Strategic Planning: Partner with joint venture asset managers to execute business plans, manage capital improvements, and guide repositioning strategies.
- Performance Monitoring: Conduct site visits, review KPIs, and provide actionable insights to ownership and investors.
- Market & Capital Planning: Stay informed on local and national market dynamics to inform acquisition, disposition, and capital project strategies.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Present monthly performance updates and strategic recommendations to leadership, ownership, and investors.
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- 8–10+ years of experience in asset management, property management, or investment oversight, preferably within multifamily real estate
- Proven success in maximizing NOI and asset value
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills (Excel proficiency required)
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Willingness to travel for property visits and market assessments
- Salary Estimate: $175,000 – $199,999
