Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and rental income across asset classes.
- Lead negotiations for new leases, renewals, and restructurings to align with investment goals.
- Collaborate with brokers and marketing teams to attract high-quality tenants.
- Analyze market trends and property performance to guide portfolio strategy.
- Partner with property management teams to enhance operations, maintenance, and capital planning.
Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, or Business (Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years of asset management, leasing, or property operations experience.
- Deep knowledge of the San Diego and broader California real estate markets.
- Proven expertise in lease negotiations, tenant relations, and property financials.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to travel locally.
