Qualifications Ideal candidates Will Bring:  

• Extensive Leadership Experience: At least 10 years of progressively responsible management roles with proven success.
• Strategic and Financial Expertise: Experience in strategic planning, financial underwriting, and/or managing large public venues.
• Operational Acumen: Strong capabilities in regulatory compliance, HR oversight, and vendor management.
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Public Administration, or Commercial Real Estate required; advanced degrees preferred.
