90Ten Welcomes Blair Butler, Former Crow Holdings Director as Senior Director

Founded in 2023 and based in Dallas and Tampa-St. Pete, 90Ten is the first principal investment firm designed for commercial real estate brokers. The firm’s unique model allows its brokerage partners to participate as co-GPs (general partners) and LPs (limited partners), enabling them to earn fees and commissions while also investing in the deals they help create.

Bringing over a decade of expertise in commercial real estate, Butler specializes in retail acquisitions and asset management. Her experience, proven track record, and broker network make her a valuable addition to 90Ten’s team, set to drive the acquisition and development of retail projects nationwide.

Previously, Butler played a key role in the Crow Holdings Food & Service Retail Fund and helped facilitate a nearly $2 billion recapitalization with a major sovereign wealth fund. Prior to Crow Holdings, Butler was a Managing Senior Accountant at Stream Realty Partners and began her career in audit practice at KPMG.
