The job search site Indeed has committed to 125k SF over eight years at 1120 Sixth Ave, also called the Hippodrome Building.

The company will move to the full ninth, 11th, 12th, 13th and 16th floors next year. Indeed's NYC office has more than doubled in size since 2012, when it hosted 116 employees. The new digs will be able to accommodate up to 700. JLL’s Lisa Kiell handled tenant rep on the monster deal, and a Cushman & Wakefield team of John Cefaly, Gus Field, Michael Burgio and David Berke repped the landlord, Edison Properties.
