Mr. Cho has over 25 years experience in private equity and venture capital in N. America, Europe and Asia. Previously Founder and Managing Director of Greenlaw International, an investment fund focused on companies commercializing new technologies such as Mitek Systems, Mint Wireless and Ingo Money.

Chris Curtis, Compass Datacenters’ co-founder and SVP of Development and Acquisitions has successfully developed more than 50 projects throughout the United States and Canada. Chris has over 18 years of experience in site-selection, acquisition, and development with particular expertise in complex data center and high-security federal government projects. Before Compass, Mr. Curtis was President of Curtis Investments LLC. In this capacity, Chris worked with clients such as the FBI, Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Attorney’s Office and other federal customers to help them develop their greenfield real estate projects. Prior to Curtis Investments, Mr. Curtis was a tax attorney at Haynes and Boone LLP responsible for business formations, tax strategy and mergers and acquisitions. Chris received his L.L.M. in Tax from the New York University School of Law, a J.D. cum laude, from SMU School of Law and his B.S.B.A. in Accounting from the University of Arkansas.

Lahoud is responsible for the implementation of the company’s overall business strategies and go-to-market operations, including the expansion of Stream’s Hyperscale Solutions and Critical Environments practice. He has more than 13 years of experience in critical systems design and operations, with projects including avionics platforms for $100 million plus military aircraft, solutions architecture supporting a number of global power and cooling product manufacturers, and data center operations. Additionally, Lahoud has managed Stream’s critical facilities and technology practice since 2010, overseeing business strategy, with an emphasis on managing the data center portfolio and positioning leadership for growing areas of the organization. He is actively involved in the technology community, serving on the Partner Council of Infrastructure Masons (IM), an organization established to provide infrastructure executives and technical professionals, an independent forum to connect, grow and give back. Lahoud is also on the Board of Governors for the 7×24 Exchange Lone Star Chapter, an organization that is the leading knowledge exchange in North Texas among those who design, build, use and maintain mission critical enterprise information infrastructures aiming to improve end-to-end reliability.

As Vice President, Strategic Development, Jeff is responsible for fostering growth and managing organizational operations across several cross-functional teams at CPG. A data center executive with over 30 years of experience, Jeff combines his extensive knowledge of data center operations, design, and facilities management with his project management expertise to ensure success for both clients and CPG. With an easy going and dynamic personality, as well as the ability to articulate key issues in the category and predict and discuss trends, Jeff is a sought-after thought leader. Recognized as an industry expert, he is frequently requested to speak at national data center conferences and panels for organizations such as CAPRE and BISNOW. He is also actively involved in numerous organizations such as 7X24 Exchange and serves on the Board for several notable organizations, including AFCOM Mid-Atlantic and Northern Virginia Technology Council (NVTC) Data Center Committee. In addition to extensive REIT experience in Government Services and Data Centers, Jeff’s background includes large hyperscale and colocation projects, as well as over twenty years in the telecommunications industry.

Born and raised in Westchester, NY, Adam Knobloch joined Bisnow as the Director of Data Centers after having led event sales and strategy efforts in the CRE space for nearly a decade. Since 2012, he has found a significant passion for the Data Center and Technology sectors, while building a network of active followers across numerous asset classes in the US, Canada, UK and Ireland. In his role, Adam leads Bisnow's event and media strategy for the Data Center sector, expanding its event offerings to 15 markets. Adam also previously sat on the Telecom Exchange (TEX) Advisory Board, collaborating on content, speaker recommendations and event strategy. In his past life, Adam was a musician having toured the east coast, and was a frequent member of the NYC folk/indie rock music scene as the drummer for The Gantry. Adam earned his Bachelor's Degree of Business Administration at American University's Kogod School of Business, with a focus on Marketing and Public Relations.
