Greg Talcott is the Senior Vice President, Private Client, at Caliber Companies. He assists clients in building their wealth and diversifying their income through private equity real estate investments.. Greg came to Caliber after a two-year stint with Scottsdale-based competitor Virtua Partners, where last year he raised more than $100 million in capital investment from high-net-worth individuals, registered investment advisors and institutional entities. He delivers a high level of trust among customers past and present with his background in managing assets and serving as a fiduciary for select private wealth clients at Scottrade-TD Ameritrade, Basilica Wealth Management and Charles Schwab in Arizona, the Pacific Northwest and other key markets for more than 15 years. During his time at Schwab, he led a team that managed more than $2.5 billion in assets that provided portfolio management and financial planning designed for a particular client suitability. Greg received a Bachelor of Science degree in Law and Political Science from Arizona State University and holds Series 7, 9, 10, 63 and 66 securities licenses, which include Arizona. He is a registered representative with Caliber Funds, which is affiliated with Tobin & Company Securities, LLC – Member FINRA/SIPC.

Alfonso Costa Jr. serves as Executive Vice President of the Falcone Group, where he is responsible for leading the company’s workforce housing division and public-private partnership (P3) opportunities. Headquartered in South Florida, the Falcone Group is a real estate development & investment firm that has developed and acquired more than 30,000 multifamily apartments, 15 million square feet of commercial space, and 30,000 single-family homes throughout the country. Mr. Costa previously served in the Federal Government as Deputy Chief of Staff & Opportunity Zones lead for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). In this public service role, Mr. Costa was responsible for overseeing policy for the $50 billion annually-budgeted Cabinet agency, which maintains a wide range of housing and community development programs, a $1.3 trillion mortgage insurance portfolio, and approximately 7,000 employees across 57 offices nationwide. As an expert on the bi-partisan Opportunity Zones program, Mr. Costa held the title of Chairman’s delegate and HUD’s lead representative on the Federal Government's inter-agency Opportunity and Revitalization Council, and for his efforts has been recognized in the Opportunity Zone Magazine’s “Top 25 OZ Influencers” list for both 2020 and 2021. A former 5th-grade teacher as a Teach for America (TFA) corps member, Mr. Costa is now an active social advocate through philanthropic & academic volunteer work on both the national and local levels. Nationally, he serves as an Ambassador for the Fitwel® Certification System, Public Sector Fellow of the Harvard Alumni Real Estate Board, Housing Advisory Council Member of the Bipartisan Policy Center, Full Member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), and Emerging Leaders Council Member & basketball alumnus of New Heights Youth (New York City). In his home State of Florida, Mr. Costa is the Program Chair of ULI Florida’s Affordable & Workforce Housing Council (AWHC), Advisory Board Chair of the Nova Southeastern University Master’s in Real Estate Development (MSRED) Program, and recent Member of the City of West Palm Beach Affordable Housing Advisory Committee (AHAC). Mr. Costa is a second-generation American and earned his law degree (JD) from Harvard University, master's degree (MSc) from the University of Oxford (United Kingdom), and bachelor's degree (BA) from Yale University. At Yale, he played both Division-I basketball and Division-I lacrosse while serving as Chair of the Yale Athletic Department’s Thomas W. Ford Community Outreach Committee.

Marc Schultz's practice is concentrated in federal, local and state taxation matters, including complex transactions involving corporations, limited liability companies, limited partnerships, tax exempt entities, and real property. Marc regularly engages in advising clients with respect to mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, formation of private investment funds, tax credit financing, and energy transactions. Marc currently chairs Snell & Wilmer’s Tax Credit Finance Group and Renewable Energy Group, and founded and co-chairs the firm’s Opportunity Zones and Funds Industry Group. Marc has represented investors, developers, and syndicators with respect to Low-Income Housing Tax Credit transactions, and has represented numerous parties with respect to transactions involving New Markets Tax Credits, Historic Tax Credits, and Renewable Energy. As part of his renewable energy practice, Marc regularly drafts Power Purchase Agreements. Marc is a regular speaker and panelist on the subject of tax credit finance and the Opportunity Zone incentive, and has written numerous articles and has been quoted in numerous publications with respect to these subject areas. Marc is currently representing investors, fund sponsors, and developers with respect to the Opportunity Zone incentive. Marc was involved in the advising and drafting of a number of comment letters that were submitted to the U.S. Department of the Treasury and the Internal Revenue Service regarding the Opportunity Zone proposed regulations. Marc served as an adjunct professor, teaching taxation of business entities in the Graduate Program of Accountancy, at the University of Illinois-Chicago. Marc also served on the Board of Directors for the Arizona Housing Finance Authority, as an appointment by Arizona Governor Doug Ducey.
