Simon is a Chartered Surveyor and joined Hammerson in 2006 with responsibility for a number of retail regeneration projects. In 2011 he moved to the corporate finance team with responsibility for Investor Relations and Corporate Strategy activities and played a key role in the strategic reorientation of the business to a focused retail REIT. Subsequently Simon was responsible for improving business performance and efficiency, developing better alignment between the Group’s strategic objectives and tactical activities and enhancing our approach towards joint ventures and external stakeholders. Simon was appointed Retail Director for Ireland in 2015, following the Company’s acquisition of the Project Jewel loan portfolio from NAMA. Prior to joining Hammerson Simon worked in both property finance and development. Simon has an MBA from Cass Business School.

Jessica has a passion for the way people work and the flex /service office industry. With over 25 years international real estate experience, of which 18 years at Regus holding various senior positions. Now at GSK and accountable for ~16M sqft., a multi asset class portfolio across Europe, Middle East and Africa. Ensuring that their business is in the right space, in the right location and at the right cost. GSK consist of 3 distinct businesses; Pharma, Vaccines & Consumer with a mission to enable people to do more, feel better and live longer.

Tom is our Founder and CEO. The majority of his time is spent on strategy, product and recruiting great talent to join the team. Tom has a background in commercial property development and investment and in his own time he loves playing basketball and watching the All Blacks win.

During his ten years at Evans Randall Investors, James Edwards has undertaken investment and development transactions across a broad range of sub sectors including offices, mixed use, retail and alternatives. James is heavily involved in ongoing portfolio strategy and management, including conception and implementation of value-add initiatives across the firm’s portfolio. Key transactions have included the acquisition and development of Bureau; 90 Fetter Lane, Watford Retail Park and Sovereign House. James holds Bachelor of Law and Commerce (Economics) degrees and prior to joining Evans Randall Investors worked at law firm Clifford Chance as a Senior Associate in the real estate group.

Jon joined Savills as a graduate in 1998 and is now head of the national office agency division, whilst also heading up the South East office agency team. He advises developers, investors, land owners as well as occupiers in the office market, focusing predominantly on leasing and development.
