Tim Perry is passionate about people—building a team to allow everyone to grow, serve our partners and investors and build relationships within the industry and community so that every individual involved with North American Properties and our projects takes ownership and is vested for success. Tim has led the acquisition, due diligence, capitalization, and disposition teams for landmark communities Atlantic Station, Colony Square and Avalon in Atlanta, capitalization of the transformational development of Stadium Centre in Tallahassee, and the debt/venture capitalization of over 35 projects in excess of $2.3 billion of total value. As Managing Partner at North American Properties, Tim leads the acquisition, disposition, equity and debt capital transactions, asset management, and risk management platforms. Through this, he and his team advise on investments, manage risks and rewards throughout, and ultimately transact through sale or refinance—providing the fuel to capitalize the pipeline. Tim joined NAP in 2009 as a Partner and Vice President of Acquisitions to develop an acquisition and reposition platform, and has held numerous other titles prior to becoming the Chief Investment Officer in 2015. Prior to 2009, he was employed by CBRE Capital Markets specializing in debt and joint ventures where he successfully capitalized over $2 billion of commercial real estate. Tim holds a degree in Business Administration from Rhodes College. He is a licensed real estate Broker in Georgia, a member of Urban Land Institute, and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. In addition, Tim is on the Board of Directors for the North Fulton Community Improvement Districts and serves on several committees encouraging smart development and increased public transit.

Amy Fingerhut is a First Vice President in CBRE’s Atlanta Retail Services Group. Her duties include project leasing and tenant representation with a specialty in street retail, restaurant site selection and the backfill of existing restaurant spaces. Ms. Fingerhut is responsible for the marketing, leasing and pre-leasing of new and existing developments ranging from mixed-use in-town developments, high street retail and specialty centers. She also represents several national, regional and local tenants in site selection and expansion in metro Atlanta and the state of Georgia. Prior to joining CBRE, Ms. Fingerhut was a leasing representative with Colliers International where she gained experience in successfully leasing all types of retail developments from ground-up, grocery-anchored centers to unanchored strip centers. Ms. Fingerhut has worked closely with landlords throughout all phases of the retail development lifecycle from inception to completion, including building design, proforma analysis, tenant mix, market analysis and lease negotiations. Ms. Fingerhut also gained experience as a leasing representative for Pellerin & Salomon Real Estate Services, a shopping center development company. Before starting on the brokerage side, Ms. Fingerhut spent five years with Deloitte Tax LLP as a Senior Property Tax Consultant, appealing commercial real estate values all over the Southeast in order to reduce the tax liability for the owners.

Nick Garzia, director of retail leasing for the Hines Southeast portfolio, has more than 20 years of shopping center leasing experience with Hines, General Growth, Macerich, Poag & McEwen Lifestyle Centers, Simon Property Group and The Pyramid Companies. His experience includes new development leasing, lifestyle center leasing, shopping center merchandising, retail market analysis, re-development and discovering new retailers. Nick earned his Master of Urban Planning and Bachelor of Arts in Architectural and Environmental Design from State University of New York.
