Baker & McKenzie Rooftop Reception Welcomes New Compliance & Investigations Group

Baker & McKenzie welcomed its new compliance and investigations group with a rooftop reception at its 815 Connecticut office. Guests enjoyed food by Corcoran Caterers and live music. The new compliance and investigations practice group has more than 40 lawyers and professionals across several offices, with many based in DC.

Baker & McKenzie's Tom Firestone caught up with Johns Hopkins SAIS visiting scholar and lecturer Lindsey Carson, a former Arnold & Porter lawyer. Tom's had an exciting career, first as an EDNY AUSA, then as Resident Legal Advisor and Acting Chief of the Law Enforcement Section at the US Embassy in Moscow. After 14 years with the DOJ, Tom joined Baker & McKenzie in 2012 and worked from its London and Moscow offices before joining the DC office.
