No matter what BBQ religion you subscribe to, Carnivore BBQ has your back. Its wood-smoked chicken, pulled pork or brisket can all be topped with homemade BBQ sauces from different regions, including a Memphis tomato-based sauce, mustard sauce and vinegar-based sauce representing Carolina-style ‘cue. Carnivore BBQ has become so popular that there are now four trucks out on the road in our region, plus a bricks-and-mortar spot in Derwood, MD. Pitmaster Stephen Adelson says they’re even working on BBQ breakfast.
