Kaiser Permanente Mid-Atlantic Director of Facilities Lorena Gonzalez was given the Pinnacle Corporate Real Estate Leadership award. The company in April 2017 signed a 176K SF pre-lease at Urban Atlantic's New Carrollton development, breaking ground on the facility in October.

At Wednesday's awards ceremony, held at new Southwest D.C. concert venue The Anthem, CoreNet gave seven honors to top real estate professionals in the region.
