Arlington Public Schools is consolidating its administrative personnel into Sequoia Plaza Two, more than doubling the size of its lease at the Foulger-Pratt-owned building.

APS finalized a lease to expand by 80k SF, bringing its total presence in the building to 141k SF and bringing the property at 2110 Washington Blvd. to full occupancy.

Beginning in January 2018, the school system will relocate the remainder of its employees from an APS-owned building at 1426 North Quincy St. That property, across the street from Washington-Lee High School and close to the Virginia Square Metro stop, is being considered for use as a school to help meet rising enrollment numbers.

Savills Studley's Mark Roberts, Tim Foley and David Cornbrooks represented APS, and Avison Young represented Foulger-Pratt.
