Historic NoMa Warehouse May Become Apartments

Developer John Sunter has big plans for a vacant historic warehouse just three blocks away from the NoMa Metro station. The former home of Chapman Stables and the Brass Knob Back Doors warehouse could become 100 one- and two-bedroom apartments with 60 underground parking spaces. Sunter plans to add a third story to the warehouse, Curbed reports. He also has a five-story addition planned on an empty lot behind it. The developer will go before the HPRB on May 28. [Curbed]
