One of the developers behind the $2.5B Southwest Waterfront development will soon make The Wharf its permanent HQ.

PN Hoffman plans to move into a 20K SF office on the second floor of Incanto and Vio, the residential buildings on The Wharf's Parcel Four.

Vio, the 112-unit condo building, has been selling quickly at more than $1,300/SF. The adjacent Incanto rental apartment building will house 148 units, with residents moving in this fall.

The developer is moving from its temporary Southwest Waterfront office in the building formerly home to the Channel Inn.

The office, which will include a 1,500 SF fitness center, will be PN Hoffman's home as it develops the project's second phase. After the October grand opening  of the 1.4M SF Phase 1, PN Hoffman and Madison Marquette will build the 1.2M SF Phase 2 that will add three office towers, one apartment building and one condo building.

“This began more than a decade ago when we started our plans to reconnect DC to its waterfront," PN Hoffman CEO Monty Hoffman said. "We’re honored to have our work continue from the heart of this waterfront neighborhood.”
