Madison Investments last year acquired the prime 14th Street property where Martha's Table was headquartered before its move to Southeast D.C., and now its plans are coming into focus.

The developer has proposed a 241-unit redevelopment with 39K SF of commercial space for the site on the block of 14th Street between V and W streets, Urban Turf reports

Perkins Eastman designed the seven-story project. The commercial space will be composed of 25,500 SF of retail and about 8K SF of office. The development will sit next to Provision No. 14, the popular restaurant and bar on the corner of 14th and V streets.

Madison has previously developed two other projects on the corridor, the 56-unit Elysium Fourteen and the 32-unit Elysium Logan condo project. The Board of Zoning Adjustments will consider Madison's latest proposal March 7.
