Once again, Georgetown is the most expensive place to buy a home in DC. Homes in the waterfront neighborhood are the most expensive PSF of any neighborhood in the District this year, clocking in at a median of $748 PSF, just above last year's leader, neighboring West End, at $726. Georgetown home prices rose 3.2% over 2014, while West End prices dropped 10.3% according to Urban Turf. Six neighborhoods are seeing houses go for $600 PSF or more on average.
