Transwestern Doubles Size Of San Jose Office, Lands 500k SF In New Property Management Deals

Transwestern just doubled the size of its San Jose office to 4k SF due to significant growth across its property management, leasing and investment sales portfolios. Transwestern boasts 15% year-over-year growth for its leasing portfolio, 83% growth in investment sales volume and has landed 500k SF in new property management assignments over the last three months.
