Enrique Jevons will remain in charge of Mynd's Seattle office as its regional property manager.

Oakland-based Mynd Property Management recently acquired Jevons Property Management. Jevons, based in Seattle, currently manages 800 units of multifamily and single-family rentals. Enrique Jevons, a real estate investor with over 20 years of experience, will continue to manage the office, which will now be called MYND Property Management.

“We’re pleased to bring MYND’s best-in-class service to the Washington market in partnership with the Jevons team,” Mynd Property Management CEO and co-founder Doug Brien said in a statement. “MYND looks to partner with property management firms whose core values align directly with ours, and Enrique was a perfect fit. Jevons is committed to providing residents and owners in Seattle and Washington state with excellent customer service and that aligns well with our approach.”

Jevons plans to continue the same level of service under the new brand.

“My goal is to continue to provide optimal service to the property owners and residents of Seattle, the Puget Sound, Yakima and everyone in Washington State,” said Jevons, who also owns and operates 71 rental units privately. Jevons has experience working for Hyatt Hotels, Stanford University and Marriott.

Mynd is a tech-enabled property management firm that focuses on small residential multifamily buildings and single-family rentals with fewer than 50 units. It uses technology to boost net operating income for property owners and improve rental living conditions for residents. It has aggressive plans to expand to other states in 2019.
