PropTech is on display at this year's Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas with Bellevue-based Lubn Inc. demonstrating its property access and management platform.

Lubn is one of 32 startups selected from more than 100 entries for the Taiwan Tech Star showcase. The company reports it recently secured a strategic partnership with a tier-one global manufacturer to bring its lockbox prototype into production.

"It is our mission to give our customers the freedom to enjoy what is most important in their lives, without the burden of being tied down by their properties," Lubn founder and CEO YC Chung said in a statement.

Lubn's smart lockbox can be used by property managers, those using home-sharing sites, retail store owners or those looking to manage access to their properties by contractors.

The platform was unveiled at TechCrunch Disrupt in September 2016. Feedback was used to improve the product, including its guestbook, scheduling and smart notifications.

"Our proprietary, cloud-based IoT platform equips users with a reliable, secure, easy-to-use, intelligent property management system that is extensible to satisfy a boundless number of automated features and services," Lubn co-founder and Chief Technology Officer Autumn Li said in a statement.

CES, which runs from Jan. 9 to Jan. 12, highlights the latest in consumer technology.
