Seattle office rents are 14th-highest in the country.

Seattle’s office rents rank 14th-highest in the country with rents at $48/SF, according to a survey by CommercialCafé. 

That ranking puts Seattle between Palm Beach, Florida, and Houston on the list of most expensive office rents in the U.S.

Midtown Manhattan in New York has the most expensive rent in the nation, at $153/SF, followed by San Jose, California, at $111, and Greenwich, Connecticut, at $92. Tampa, Florida, with office space renting for $33/SF, ranks last on the list of 30 U.S. markets.

Internationally, Hong Kong’s office rent is the most expensive in the world at $269, followed by Beijing at $174. New York comes in at third, followed by London at $136 and Tokyo at $132.
