Indigo Hotel Continues Pacific Northwest Expansion In Everett

InterContinental Hotel Group will open three Hotel Indigo brand branches in the Pacific Northwest before Q2 2020. The hotels will be in Everett, Spokane and Vancouver, Washington.

The Hotel Indigo Everett will be part of the new Waterfront Place Central redevelopment project in the Port of Everett. The four-story structure will include 142 rooms, a restaurant, 6,100 SF of meeting space, a business center, a fitness center, an indoor pool and parking. It is set to open by the second quarter of 2019. It is owned by Omar and Christine Lee.

The Hotel Indigo Spokane will be built into an existing historic building that was constructed in 1911. The downtown hotel will have 112 rooms and is also expected to open in the second quarter of 2019.

The Hotel Indigo Vancouver will be on the Columbia River in downtown Vancouver. It will feature 138 rooms, a restaurant, a rooftop bar and parking. It will be part of a mixed-use development that includes the Kirkland Tower Condominiums, retail and restaurants. It will open in the first quarter of 2020.
