The office project at 85 Bluxome, which will wrap up toward the end of this year, is going to be a unique piece of property on the West Coast. That's because it's been designed according to the Delos living standard, which aims to promote the well-being of a building’s occupants, reports the San Francisco Business Times. For example, the standard promotes healthy lighting and access to outdoor areas. The 57k SF building will feature a roof deck and fifth floor terrace between 4th and 5th streets and Brannan and Townsend streets.
