A recently entitled apartment complex planned for Concord is seeking an equity partner. The 230-unit Concord Village Apartments designed by SVA Architects Inc. and being developed by Brent Nicholson will be at 2400 Salvio St. and 2402 and 2471 Willow Pass Road.

The development team has engaged Greystone Real Estate Advisors Senior Managing Director Todd Vitzthum to find an equity partner for the fully approved project to complete financing and begin construction.

Concord has been in the midst of a building boom and has about 800 units of housing in the works. The city has been pushing for more transit-oriented development around its downtown corridor.

The complex will have a mix of studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom floor plans. Amenities will include a bike shop, a fitness center, five courtyards, four community lounges and two rooftop sun terraces with lounge space. All units will have a small deck with street or courtyard views.

The architecture will incorporate scored plaster, metal screens, contemporary signage and urban lighting. The 2.3-acre site spans three parcels, is 2.5 blocks from the Concord BART Station and two blocks from Concord's downtown town square.

The project team includes Fuscoe Engineering and PGA Design.
