The Golden State Warriors have selected Cushman & Wakefield as the leasing agent for 100k SF of retail and restaurant space at the new Chase Center arena and surrounding complex in Mission Bay.

Retail vice chairman Kazuko Morgan, managing director Rhonda Diaz Caldewey and director Kelly Vinson will lead Cushman & Wakefield’s efforts. The trio will be tasked with finding and securing dining and retail offerings that keep fans and visitors happy.

GSW Arena LLC president Rick Welts is managing development of the new stadium. “We’ve put together an all-star team for the design, construction and operation of this spectacular destination in Mission Bay,” he says.

Clark Construction Group and Mortenson Construction have teamed up in a JV to construct the facility.

JP Morgan is said to have paid more than $200M for naming rights to the sports center.
