Badiee Development has broken ground on Carlsbad Victory Industrial Park, a 55,573 SF industrial building at 3248 Lionshead Ave in Carlsbad, which is slated for completion in summer 2017. The new facility has been designed with a contemporary mix of office and warehouse space for two tenants in suites with 25,148 SF and 30,425 SF. It features separate upgraded tenant entries, each with 26-foot dock-high clear height and grade-level loading, as well as ample power, an Automatic Fire Suppression System, mezzanine space, skylights throughout and a large outdoor patio area.

“In Carlsbad we want to be known for creating amazing relationships with the business community to help spark job growth today and for our children’s future, which is why I’m so personally invested in being a part of projects, such as Badiee Development’s Carlsbad Victory Industrial Park, which promote economic growth and opportunity,” said City of Carlsbad Mayor Matt Hall, who hosted the groundbreaking ceremony. With extremely low industrial vacancy and high demand for space in the North County, Badiee Development’s Scott Merry said his firm has six projects, valued at $90M, in the pipeline, with deliveries slated to begin in 2017. Colliers International San Diego Region’s EVPs Tucker Hohenstein and Mike Erwin, who repped Badiee in acquisition of the site, are marketing the facility, which is in pre-leasing mode.
