<content:encoded><![CDATA[The Trump administration is taking an ax to construction equipment levies in hopes of boosting national industrial investment. 
Starting June 8, import taxes on certain equipment derived from aluminum, steel and copper, such as forklifts and residential HVAC systems, will drop to 15%. Those products had been at a 25% rate.
The changes will last until the end of next year, according to a Monday proclamation by President Donald Trump. Foreign companies using equipment made up of at least 85% U.S. aluminum or steel could qualify for an even lower rate of 10%.

<content:encoded><![CDATA[Greystar has raised €2.7B (£2.3B) for its Greystar Equity Partners Europe II fund as it looks to capitalise on "compelling" opportunities in the European rented residential sector. 
The mandate provides Greystar with more than €6.8B of investment capacity across acquisitions and development, to be targeted at key European cities, the company said.
Greystar said that GEPE II was 76% bigger than its predecessor, with €2.2B committed to the fund and an additional €550M committed to discretionary co-investment vehicles.

It is the first West Coast acquisition for Flow, which also has property in Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Marcus & Millichap ranked DFW No. 3 on its new 2026 National Industrial Index as private investors have fueled metrowide transaction growth. Trading increased by around 40% year-over-year through the first quarter in DFW, thanks to a nearly 50% increase in transactions in the $1M to $10M range.
The national brokerage firm attributed that increase to DFW’s rising long-term investment demand due to the region’s robust employment growth, growing leasing momentum and diminishing supply. ]]></content:encoded>

<content:encoded><![CDATA[Target Corp. has opened the largest food distribution center in its nationwide rollout in Thornton as the Minnesota-based retailer continues investing in its food and beverage supply chain.
This is Target’s ninth food distribution center and its first with consolidation capabilities, the company said in a statement Monday. The consolidation center is intended to reduce the volume and cost of transportation and streamline arrivals, the company said.
