JLL Regional Manager Ryan Room

JLL has brought one of its leaders in the Midwest over to Philadelphia.

The real estate services company named Ryan Room as the new senior vice president and regional manager of the Greater Philadelphia market starting Jan. 1, putting him in charge of the company's office property management services in Philly, its suburbs, South Jersey and North Delaware. He had served in the same position for JLL's Indiana office since 2014.

During Room's leadership, JLL increased its portfolio of managed properties in Indiana by 6.8M SF. Before joining JLL, he held a senior property management position at Summit Realty Group before it was acquired by Colliers International in 2015.

Having graduated from Indiana University, Bloomington and spent the entirety of his 15-year real estate career in the Midwest, Room will be taking on a new region for the first time, and it is a region in which JLL exerts considerable influence
