The 10-building complex that once housed the Globe Dye Works has been put up for sale at a list price of $7.5M.

The dye works themselves, in the Frankford neighborhood, had their heyday in the 19th century, but in 2007 it was bought by Globe Development Group and converted into production facilities for artisanal manufacturers such as Rival Bros. Coffee and Philadelphia Wooden Boat Factory, according to Curbed.

40k SF of the 108k SF complex has yet to be developed, but the owners are hoping to add some residential spaces to the development. [Curbed]
