Putting A Number On The Impact Of Working From Home On Offices

Analysis from real estate research firm Green Street Advisors estimates the average worker will go from spending 4.6 days a week in the office to 3.9 days, a 15% decline that won’t be offset by people being spread out within offices. Green Street also predicts a move by workers away from expensive gateway cities toward relatively less expensive cities in the Sun Belt.
