JLL LANDS NCRC LEASING

Castle & Cooke, developers of the Kannapolis-based $150M NC Research Campus, has selected JLL as leasing agent for its 1M SF research facility. The campus, built from the skeleton  of the former Pillowtex textile plant, focuses on biotechnology, nutrition, and health. It's home to tenants like Duke, UNC-CH and UNCC, and food companies General Mills and Monsanto. (Potential tenants: imagine the boat loads of Cheerios at your disposal.) JLL?s Charley Leavitt,Tom FitzGeraldLee Allen, and  Eric Parris will lease the campus.
