Lendlease Launches East Boston Condo Development

Rendering Of Slip65 In East Boston's Clippership Wharf

Global real estate company Lendlease has announced plans for Slip65, a condo development that is also the developer’s first major project in Boston. The 80-unit complex is part of the initial phase of the mixed-use Clippership Wharf development on the East Boston Waterfront.

East Boston is finally getting the attention it deserves,” Lendlease Development Boston general manager Nick Iselin said in a statement. “Slip65 represents the only condominiums slated to be delivered on the East Boston waterfront.”

Condo sales will begin on Sunday, and the greater Clippership Wharf project will eventually include 398 apartments. The transit-oriented development is by the Maverick MBTA Blue Line station and will have direct access to water taxis.
