Related Cos. has added a boutique clothing retailer to its Shops & Restaurants at Hudson Yards.

Dallas-based Forty Five Ten has signed on for a 16K SF lease within the retail portion of Related's Hudson Yards megadevelopment, the sixth location for the company and first in New York. The space will be its largest besides its flagship location on Dallas' Main Street.

Forty Five Ten joins anchor tenant Neiman Marcus as clothing suppliers in the 720K SF Shops & Restaurants building, which so far has also made waves in the culinary world by securing restaurants with celebrity chefs like Thomas Keller, David Chang and José Andrés and concepts from British companies D&D London and rhubarb.

Hudson Yards is primed to explode onto the retail real estate scene as an entirely new submarket with the residential and office population to support the high-end offerings Related is bringing together. Forty Five Ten Chief Operating Officer Katherine Greenberg called the area "a logical next step for our brand" in a statement. The company anticipates opening the doors to its new location in March 2019.
