Patrick Heeg, an 11-year veteran of JLL, has joined Transwestern’s New York office as partner.

In his new role, he will advise owners and occupiers on leasing strategies and support the firm’s business development endeavors.

“His experience representing both owners and occupiers will accelerate our efforts to broaden our presence in the market," Steve Purpura, Transwestern's Northeast market leader, said in a press release.

Heeg had been a managing director with JLL, and he has done over 1M SF of deals over his 15-year career. His tenant clients have included Procter & Gamble and NASCAR, for whom he arranged a 10-year, 14k SF deal at 590 Madison Ave. in 2015.

Among his landlord clients have been Brookfield Properties and the Trump Organization.

“I was attracted to Transwestern’s award-winning culture as its internal structure allows for collaboration and the free flow of information,” Heeg said in prepared remarks.
