Rockefeller Group is under agreement to purchase three properties on East 29th Street in the NoMad neighborhood, with a plan to unify them into one development.

The developer purchased 30-32, 34 and 36 East 29th St. from three different owners for the purposes of demolishing them and building a new multifamily development with at least 100 luxury condominiums at 170K SF. Rockefeller also obtained development rights from neighboring properties, Crain's New York reports.

Extell Development is the current owner at 30-32 East 29th St., W Brothers owns 34 East 29th, and Michael Aryeh owns 36 East 29th. Although sale prices were not disclosed, 30-32 had a listed asking price of $74M from brokerage firm Eastern Consolidated. The stretch of land is a block away from 400 Park Ave. South, where Toll Brothers recently built its own condominium project.
