New Alliance Wants To Help Brokers Cut More Deals

Ten-X (formerly auction.com) is partnering with broker group CCIM Institute to educate brokers on how to use Ten-X’s real estate tech platform to their advantage.

Ten-X managing director Yan Khamish (center, flanked by CCIM president Steven Moreira and Michael Fay, managing director of Avison Young's Miami office) says the partnership will help lead the charge in adoption of tech in real estate dealmaking.

And Ten-X is no newbie to helping brokers score big, facilitating $37B in real estate sales—including $300M in brokers’ commissions for commercial digs.

“Through our partnership, we’ll be offering sophisticated resources that will provide brokers with a distinct competitive advantage in this ever-changing industry landscape,” Steven says.
