These are the top five buy and sell markets for retail real estate assets in the US, according to Ten-X's US Retail Market Outlook projections. 

Top buy markets, concentrated in the Southeast and West, are being driven by strong economies and growing populations due to healthy job growth. Top sell markets are being hit by sluggish economies and stagnant wages due to lackluster growth outside of urban areas, according to Ten-X.
