CBRE Capital Markets Closes Sale Of 29 Restaurant Properties In 16 States
CBRE Capital Markets has arranged the sale of 29 restaurant properties with an approximate value of $23.3M, on behalf of Phoenix-based VEREIT. Tenants of the properties, which span 16 states, include franchisees of Pizza Hut, KFC, Long John Silver’s, Taco Bell, Golden Corral and Schlotzky’s. CBRE multi-market portfolio experts Donna Kolius, Pierce Owens and Kaylie Walker have been marketing the portfolio since early 2016. There are 14 remaining properties available for acquisition.
