McKinley Ricks is 2015’s Maintenance Hero
Building Engines, a provider of web and mobile property management software for the commercial real estate industry, has named Divaris Property Management chief engineer McKinley Ricks as its 2015 Maintenance Hero. This unique competition allowed maintenance techs and engineers to receive some well-deserved recognition for the tasks they do every day. McKinley received the most overall votes and will be featured on the Building Engines Blog. Finalists in each category are:
Tenant Service: Pedro Carrasco, chief engineer, JLL
Grace Under Pressure: Michael Sartoris, building engineer, Harsch Investment Properties
Equipment Guru: Michael Savage, maintenance, National Church Residences
Breaking Boundaries: Dennis James, service supervisor, Timberland Partners
The Moneymaker: Larry Hatton, chief engineer, NAI Norris, Beggs and Simpson
