After recognizing the emerging tech trend, which called for more open space, BOLD speaker Lincoln Property senior EVP for the Western Region John Herr (above right at a previous Bisnow event with moderator Tony Natsis) said Lincoln Property rethought office space at 350 Bush St in San Francisco. The firm moved 350 Bush from a steel frame to a space with concrete and large floor plates and created open outdoor space, including a roof deck and nine different patios.

BOLD keynote speaker John Kilroy (above at a previous Bisnow event) also focuses on creating innovative space and often caters to tech, media and entertainment firms.

BOLD speaker Chris Rising previously projected technology will help create private areas where people can have private conversations within open workspaces. This will transform the conference space and could make drywall conference rooms a thing of the past.

These speakers and others will discuss the latest in office at our first BOLD West event. Along with co-working, shared space and creative conversion, office experts will discuss leasing office space on the West Coast, tenant preferences, the impact of Brexit and foreign investment, and new projects. Owners and developers also will hash out what can be expected for the West Coast office market. Join us at our BOLD West all-day event Nov. 2 at The Hibernia Bank in San Francisco.
