Rob Cord, a 26-year industry veteran, has been named president of CBC Advisors, the largest and best-performing affiliate of Coldwell Banker Commercial. Lew Cramer, previously both president and CEO, will remain CEO.

“Rob Cord is uniquely qualified to lead our efforts as we continue to expand our national platform in primary and dynamic secondary markets,” says CBC Advisors chairman Brandon Fugal.

Rob joined CBC in 2015 as president of the Asset Services division as part of the firm's California-focused expansion. During his tenure, he tripled the portfolio to 21M SF in less than one year.

“Implementing the same initiatives, culture of excellence and quick and nimble leadership approach, Rob will exceed client expectations as he leads the expansion of the fastest-growing commercial real estate network in the United States,” Lew says.

Rob was previously a managing director with Grubb & Ellis, where he oversaw five offices across San Francisco and led 300 agents and 500 total employees. His career also included managing director roles at CB Richard Ellis, driving growth through 200 professionals across three offices throughout greater Sacramento.
