The Manor Goes On The Market For $200M

Beating out the Playboy Mansion and other recent high-net-worth sales, the former Aaron Spelling mansion, known as The Manor, just hit the market with an asking price of $200M.

Formula One heiress Petra Stunt, who’s married to British billionaire James Stunt, bought the house five years ago from Aaron’s widow, Candy, for $85M in an all-cash deal.

The Holmby Hills house is 56,500 SF and has 14 bedrooms and 27 bathrooms, the LA Times reports.

It is 1,500 SF larger than the White House.

The mansion also features a tennis court, koi pond, a citrus orchard and a basement that Petra transformed into a nightclub.

It is one of the priciest homes for sale in the nation. [LAT]
