Vic Studios in the Burbank/Glendale Media Triangle has gone up for lease for the first time in 20 years.

Los Angeles-based Hileman Cowley Partners bought the 3.2-acre property at 1840 Victory Blvd. for $15M in March 2016, launching renovations for the production campus where shows such as "The Ellen DeGeneres Show," "Extra," "TMZ" and "The People's Court" started.

The company has finished the initial phase of improvements. The two-story property holds two audience-rated soundstages and production, postproduction, broadcast and live-streaming facilities.

“Vic Studios is both a state-of-the-art, content-driven production facility and a contemporary workplace ideal for creative users of all kinds,” Colliers Executive Vice President Nico Vilgiate said.

Colliers International is marketing the site with Vilgiate heading the property’s exclusive marketing and leasing team, which includes Kyle Stanich. Both are in Colliers' LA office.

Vilgiate said the property offers an indoor-outdoor work environment, plenty of parking and modern spaces. The property includes 57K SF total, including two roughly 4K SF soundstages, and could be enlarged to 70K SF. One of the soundstages could be expanded to 10K SF with 30-foot clear heights.

"It's very rare to find a building with these features in this market given the lack of suitable inventory," Vilgiate said.
