Apartments Could Be Coming To Santa Monica Boulevard

Placeholder

This vacant lot on Santa Monica Boulevard near Century City could become the site of a new project with 96 apartments.

Plans were filed this week by developer Elliot Nayssan to build on the 0.58-acre lot at the southwest corner of Santa Monica and Beverly Glen boulevards, Urbanize LA reports.

It would be a five- to six-story building with parking for 164 vehicles and 102 bicycles.

Density bonus incentives would determine the project's design. The incentives would be requested in exchange for reserving eight residential units for very low income housing. [ULA]
