Huge Development Being Built Near Rams Stadium

Placeholder

Inglewood has a lot more to look forward to than the new Inglewood Stadium being built for the LA Rams.

A makeover for Hollywood Park is also in store. It has been in the pipeline for years. An artificial lake, 620k SF of retail, 3,000 residential units and a new casino would be part of the mixed-use project, according to Curbed.

The development broke ground in 2014 on the site left vacant by the Hollywood Park Racetrack (shown above in 2006). The project is a JV of Wilson Meany and Stockbridge Capital Group.

Hart Howerton is the architectural firm helping to design the project, which is scheduled to be completed in 2023. [Curbed]
