Placeholder

A five-story building, known as Broadstone Fairfax, is going up in mid-city.

Alliance Realty Partners is developing the project at the corner of Fairfax Avenue and San Vincente Boulevard, and the architect is the Cuningham Group.

The development will have 149 units and almost 4,300 SF of ground-floor retail space, Urbanize LA reports.

There will also be townhomes on-site and a community center, according to the Cuningham Group's website.

The mixed-use project will have low-flow plumbing, green roofs and an outdoor pool and roof decks. [ULA]
