Placeholder

It looks like a new mixed-use development could be built at 211 West Alpine St in Chinatown.

Documents were filed Monday, showing the project would be built about a block from the Chinatown Gold Line station.

The developer is Grand Pacific 7-28 LLC, Izek Shomof's company, according to Curbed.

The seven-story, mixed-use building would have 122 units and 4,200 SF of retail space at street level. Six of the residential units would be set aside for affordable housing.

There would also be three levels of underground parking with 120 parking spaces and 124 bike parking spaces. [Curbed]
