Sleek Mixed-Use Planned For Santa Monica Boulevard In West Hollywood

A new mixed-use development, the Crown, is planned for West Hollywood.

Combined Properties, which owns dozens of shopping centers in California and Washington, DC, is planning to build a new mixed-use project in West Hollywood.

The building, called The Crown, will rise across the street from Gelson’s and at the intersection of Kings Road and Santa Monica Boulevard.

The development will consist of 48 apartments with 6k SF of ground-floor retail, according to Urbanize LA. There will also be an outdoor patio.

The Crown is scheduled to be completed in Q3, according to the developer's website. [ULA]
