A new website launched this week aims to help the property industry navigate the growing and increasingly complex universe of PropTech companies.

Unissu.com has classified and provided information on more than 6,000 PropTech companies, with a view to providing a single source of data and research on the PropTech sector.

Paying users can also access data on PropTech company funding events in association with Crunchbase, and an analytics function.

The website is the brainchild of PropTech consultants James Dearsley and Eddie Holmes.

“We have spent six months cataloguing and analysing PropTech products from around the world,” Holmes said. “Throughout this journey, we have focused on making it easy for property professionals to search, understand and select the products that are most appropriate for them and their businesses.”

PropTech companies are able to add their company to the platform and be found in the global directory by all visitors to the site.

“As a technologist at a property investment firm which is really embracing technology, Unissu’s features give me greater transparency and insight when it comes to understanding the market and making purchasing decisions on PropTech services,” Unissu investor and Palmer Capital Director of Innovation Darryll Colthrust said.
