Placeholder

City of London approved British Land’s plan for a new 32-storey tower at 2-3 Finsbury Ave. The current building (shown here) is Peter Foggo’s 2 and 3 Finsbury Avenue Square, which housed UBS’s London headquarters until it moved into Make’s recently completed 5 Broadgate next door, according to BDOnline.

The new development will consist of four tapered buildings rising to 32 storeys and providing 667k SF of office space to accommodate about 5,000 workers, 43k SF of retail and nearly 14k SF of restaurant on the tower’s 13th level, which will also include a public roof terrace.

British Land is developing the tower in partnership with Singaporean sovereign fund GIC under the JV Bluebutton Properties UK Ltd. [BDOnline]
